3) Choose Civimail.
4) Choose "New Mailing": /civicrm/mailing/send?reset=1
5) * *Screen 1. "1. Select Recipients": Choose a group (" INCLUDE Contacts
in These Group(s)") -- Yes, you have to have groups first. Didn't I tell
you?
6) Include or exclude which ever "mailings" you want.

Composing and Sending a newsletter with the newsletter module:
*Create a newsletter:
/admin/content/newsletters/types/add
*Choose "settings":
/admin/content/newsletters/settings
- Choose "plain" instead of html unless you are adept at html and know that
your users can receive html in their mail.
